Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you receive from Magnolia & Milk. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be approved for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale. These may include:
- Personalized items
- Clearance items
- Intimate or hygiene-related products
- Items marked Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
